Personal Training provides an environment in which you can focus on yourself and your goals with expert advice, support and encouragement to help you succeed on your journey. No two clients are the same so I am a strong believer that no two personal training sessions should be the same. I take time to work with you to understand your 'WHY', to unpick your challenges and help empower you to take those steps to success.
With over 1000 hours of personal training experience, I have worked with individuals with varied goals, including; fat loss, toning, hip replacement rehab, military fitness assessment prep, body recomposition, sports pre-season training, pregnancy exercise, post natal recovery and diabetes reversal. Not forgetting those who just like personal training to provide a tough, well planned workout with accountability and motivation.
All Personal Training is held at the nPROVE Fitness Studio which provides a light, spacious, fully equipped private gym space to exercise within. With ample free parking and full changing room/shower facilities. Clients are welcome to bring their children along to sessions with toys available to keep them occupied.
Due to a large number of long-term clients, my availability for taking on new regular clients is often very limited. However, I will do my upmost to provide a couple introductory sessions to clients that wish to access my broader class timetable but lack the initial confidence to do so.

If you're looking for just a small number of sessions to help you on your way, perhaps some tuition of specific exercises or just a gentle motivational push then this is a great option for you. In session support and advice available for nutrition and exercise.

I recommend that all new clients have a consultation and taster session before committing to a block of personal training to ensure you are happy with what I am able to offer, ensure we have a good rapport and have the time to discuss things in detail. I like to combine consultations with a short taster session so you can get a good idea of how I will work with you and in turn, I can get a better understanding of your strengths and weaknesses before our first full session. A combined consultation and taster session will be approx. 1 hour.
